On the work

A brief position

Marketing, done properly, is a discipline of measurable outcomes. I care about what a campaign costs, what it returns, how long a client stays, and whether the audience actually trusts the brand six months after the budget closes. Aesthetic output is part of the job, but it is never the point.

Three years in, I have managed rosters of over a hundred clients, led a small team across content and paid media, and built reputation systems for brands operating at meaningful monthly sales volumes. That range across industries, across markets, across motion types is the thing I'm most deliberate about. A marketer who has only run Meta campaigns in one geography is solving a narrower problem than they think they are.

The through-line is simple. Ship campaigns that hold up under scrutiny. Report honestly. Let the multipliers speak.

Selected work

Five chapters, 2022 — present

Each of the following is structured the same way, the context I walked into, the approach I took, and the outcome measured in multipliers. Dollar figures and rupee amounts have been converted to qualitative scale; the multipliers are what scale across budget size.

The Logic Works chapter is ongoing. The Tech Minds Venture chapter is the operational foundation. The freelance chapters, run in parallel, are where the cross-market contrast lives.

Context

The current chapter. Brought on to lead digital across paid, organic, and reputation in a team that needs both operator discipline and creative range. Work is active and shipping.

Focus

Running integrated campaigns, building the measurement scaffolding so that performance is visible before month-end rather than after, and shaping a practice where every decision maps back to a metric the business actually uses.

Tech Minds Venture

Apr 2023 — Oct 2025 · 2.5 yr

The operational foundation, where I learned to run large rosters, lead a team, and hold campaigns to their numbers across two markets at once.

The first chapter

Built, managed, and optimised online reputation profiles for a portfolio of brands the unglamorous work of making sure a company's public footprint matches the quality of what it actually ships.

Contributed to reputation management for brands doing significant monthly sales, and held the client communication side of the work so that satisfaction and consistent brand improvement ran in parallel rather than against each other. Learned early that a review is a campaign surface, not a customer-service afterthought.
